Transnet Corporate Centre and Academy is looking for dynamic and recently qualified graduates for a two-year programme (24 months programme). This programme will provide the incumbents with relevant workplace experience through a structured learning programme and organizational support.

Responsibilities

• Shadowing & Learning: Observe staff, attend meetings and workshops, and gain exposure to various functions for practical experience
• Customer Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs, assess urgency, and provide regular progress updates
• Query Resolution: Address customer queries promptly and satisfactorily to maintain service quality
• Administrative & Research Support: Assist with general admin tasks, conduct research, and support project-related activities
• Project Execution: Follow guidance from mentors, deliver quality work individually and in teams, and contribute to client-focused solutions

Qualifications

• BCom Honours Degree in Marketing/Economics/Logistics
• 0-1 Year experience
• MS Office Packages
• Must be a South African citizen
• Age between 18-35
